The release of Disk Hero's Agent software is compliant with section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, with the following exceptions:

Issue: Is access to all functionality provided using only the keyboard?

• Unable to enable/disable checkbox items in the list with the keyboard

- Program Options->SSL->Client Certificates/Trusted Authorities

• Unable to view certificate properties via the keyboard

- Find Utility

• Unable to change tabs via the keyboard

- General Interface

• Determining what object has current focus is not well defined.
• Tab UI and Tabbing:
  • SHIFT+TAB to reverse the tab order is not implemented
  • Tab sequencing is not logical
  • When you launch the application, there is no way to initiate use of tabbing to navigate the application. The user must first click on something within the application to give it focus.
  • A user does not have the ability to traverse between connection tabs
  • The only access to the Transfer Information Windows is by going through the TAB sequence in only the forward direction since SHIFT+TAB does not work. This makes it difficult for the user to gain access to the information in the window
• A user does not have the ability to use the FOLDERS view in the FTP View pane without using the mouse to click the icon
• A user cannot to make site-to-site transfers, since there is no way to relocate the connection tabs without the use of drag-n-drop
• There is no way for a user to change the type of transfer (Binary/ ASCII) since those controls are not accessible via accelerator keys or tabbing once they are finally in the FTP Pane view
